Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team in a full-time capacity. You will manage your own panel, provide primary and episodic care in skilled nursing facilities, and build lasting relationships with residents and families.

New grads welcome; expect 16-20 patients daily with 6-hour shifts, no on-call, chart from home, and a productivity-based compensation plan with strong earning potential and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Board certification as AGNP or FNP, active and unrestricted.
• Unrestricted NP license in the operating state.
• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, autonomous Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team full time, providing primary and episodic care to residents in skilled nursing facilities. This is an independent role built around continuity - you'll manage your own panel and build long-term relationships with patients and their families. New grads welcome!

Your Day-to-Day

You'll see roughly 16-20 patients a day - a mix of long-term chronic care and acute issues. That means annual wellness visits and H&Ps, managing chronic and co-morbid conditions, responding to acute changes, reviewing meds and orders, and coordinating with collaborating physicians, specialists, and facility staff to keep care seamless. You'll also stay in touch with families and join care conferences where it makes sense.
