Responsibilities

• Obtains and documents patient history per chief complaint.
• Conducts physical exams and documents findings.
• Diagnoses and treats diseases; manages chronic illness.
• Prescribes medications per NYS and federal law.
• Orders and interprets labs, imaging, and tests.
• Provides preventative health services and counseling.
• Collaborates with clinicians to ensure continuity of care.
• Performs other duties as required.
