Job summary
Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care in the Greater Sacramento area. The role offers relocation assistance and a schedule of 8–5 on weekdays, with a 4‑day 10‑hour option.
Requires CA RN/NP licenses, NP board certification, DEA and BLS, and 1–2 years in community health. Expect collaboration with physicians and care teams to serve underserved populations.
Qualifications
- Active California RN and Nurse Practitioner license.
- Current Nurse Practitioner board certification.
- Current DEA certification.
- Current BLS certification.
- 1–2 years of clinical experience, preferably in community health.
- Commitment to serving low-income, underserved communities.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including history and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostics.
- Prescribe medications and interventions within scope.
- Develop and implement treatment plans with Medical Director.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans.
- Initiate emergency procedures when needed.
- Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling.
