Sun Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care in the Greater Sacramento area, CA. This full-time role supports underserved populations and collaborates with physicians and care teams.

The position offers a generous compensation range of $131,000 to $170,000 annually, relocation assistance, and standard benefits. Candidates should hold an active CA NP license, NP board certification, DEA, and BLS, with 1–2 years in community health preferred.

Competenze

• Active California RN and NP license.
• Current Nurse Practitioner board certification.
• Current DEA certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1-2 years of clinical experience in community health.
• Commitment to underserved populations.
• Comfortable treating three patients per hour.
• EPIC experience.
• In-basket management competency.
• Bilingual English and Spanish or other languages strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations including history and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostics.
• Prescribe medications and therapies within scope of practice.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with Medical Director.
• Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as needed.
• Initiate emergency procedures when clinically indicated.
• Provide preventive care, health education and counseling.
• Maintain accurate documentation per agency standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
