Modern Machining Solutions Inc. seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive primary care in a community health setting. Location: Greater Sacramento area with relocation assistance available. Earn $131,000–$170,000 annually based on experience.

Position involves collaborating with physicians, ordering tests, managing treatment plans, and providing preventive care to underserved populations. Relocation assistance offered.

Qualifikationen

• Active California RN and NP license.
• Current NP board certification.
• Current DEA certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience, especially in community health/underserved populations.
• Commitment to serving low-income, homeless, or medically underserved communities.
• Comfortable treating three patients per hour.
• EPIC experience.
• In-basket management competency.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred; Russian/Farsi/Pashto also valued.

Aufgaben

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations including history and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostics.
• Prescribe medications and therapies within scope.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with Medical Director.
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Initiate emergency procedures when indicated.
• Provide preventive care and health education.
• Maintain accurate documentation per standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team for coordinated care.
