ORTC, LLC's Bend Treatment Center in Bend, OR is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver high-quality, recovery-focused medical care. • DATA WAIVER or ability to obtain one.
• Must meet state requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.

Responsibilities

• Perform history and physicals with emphasis on recovery-oriented care.
• Review urine drug screens and lab results; conduct assessments.
• Participate in crisis interventions and treatment team meetings.
• Refer patients to appropriate providers when outside scope of practice; participate in telehealth sessions.
• Provide medical services per the supervising physician's Practice Agreement.

Our treatment center hours are: 5:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. M-F. With a blend of on-site and telehealth.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Hours are combination of in-clinic and remote logging in to utilize the telehealth system for patient encounters.
• Medical services include conducting history and physicals.
• Reviewing urine drug screens and lab work, conducting assessments, participating in training, and managing crisis interventions.
• Referring patients to appropriate providers outside the Company's scope of practice, and at times participating in treatment team meetings.
• Will perform medical services as outlined in the Practice Agreement agreed upon with the supervising physician.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant in the state employed (licensing in OR and or WA preferred).
• DATA WAIVER or ability to obtain DATA WAIVER
• M eet state requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program
