Job summary

ORTC, LLC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing treatment center, blending on-site and telehealth patient encounters. The position offers a base pay range of $75,000 to $100,000 per year, with a $5,000 hiring bonus and relocation assistance.

Responsibilities include histories, physicals, urine drug screens, crisis interventions, and referrals as needed. WA licensure and DATA WAIVER are required, with health and retirement benefits included.

Qualifications

• Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state employed (WA/OR preferred).
• Current Washington DEA License.
• DATA WAIVER or ability to obtain DATA WAIVER.
• Meet state requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
• Follow federal guidelines regarding prohibited substances.

Responsibilities

• Hours are a combination of in-clinic and remote telehealth patient encounters.
• Conduct histories and physicals.
• Review urine drug screens and lab work; perform assessments and participate in training and crisis interventions.
• Refer patients to appropriate providers outside the Company's scope of practice.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and perform medical services as outlined in the Practice Agreement.

Our treatment center hours are: 5:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. M-F. With a blend of on-site and telehealth.

• Medical services include conducting history and physicals.
• Reviewing urine drug screens and lab work, conducting assessments, participating in training, and managing crisis interventions.
• Referring patients to appropriate providers outside the Company's scope of practice, and at times participating in treatment team meetings.
• Will perform medical services as outlined in the Practice Agreement agreed upon with the supervising physician.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant in the state employed (licensing in WA and OR preferred).
