Job summary

ORTC, LLC in Grants Pass, OR is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver patient-centered care in our opioid treatment program, with a hybrid schedule of in-clinic and telehealth work.

You will conduct history and physicals, review urine drug screens and labs, perform assessments, participate in trainings and crisis interventions, and refer patients to specialists as needed under a supervising physician.

Qualifications

• Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in OR/WA.
• DATA WAIVER or ability to obtain DATA WAIVER.
• Meet state requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
• Follow federal guidelines regarding controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• History and physicals for patients.
• Reviewing urine drug screens and lab work; perform assessments; participate in trainings and crisis interventions.
• Refer patients to appropriate providers outside the scope and participate in treatment team meetings under supervising physician.
• Perform medical services as outlined in the Practice Agreement with the supervising physician.

Grants Pass Treatment Center is seeking aNurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant who is motivated by meaningful, patient-centered work. Join our growing team at our new location and help deliver high-quality, recovery-focused care.

$75k- $100k Depending on experience

Hiring Bonus $5,000

Must be willing to work at our Grants Pass and Medford locations.

Our treatment center hours are: 5:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. M-F. With a blend of on-site and telehealth.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Hours are combination of in-clinic and remote logging in to utilize the telehealth system for patient encounters.
• Medical services include conducting history and physicals.
• Reviewing urine drug screens and lab work, conducting assessments, participating in training, and managing crisis interventions.
• Referring patients to appropriate providers outside the Company's scope of practice, and at times participating in treatment team meetings.
• Will perform medical services as outlined in the Practice Agreement agreed upon with the supervising physician.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant in the state employed (licensing in OR and or WA preferred).
• DATA WAIVER or ability to obtain DATA WAIVER
• M eet state requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program
• We follow federal guidelines regarding prohibited substances, even those legal at the state level.
