Eugene Treatment Center is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team at multiple Oregon locations, delivering patient-centered, recovery-focused care. The role blends on-site in Eugene and telehealth, with responsibilities including histories, physicals, and crisis management.

Competitive base pay of $75,000 to $100,000 per year, relocation assistance, and a $5,000 signing bonus, plus comprehensive health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in OR and/or WA
• DATA WAIVER or ability to obtain DATA WAIVER
• Meet state requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program
• Adhere to federal guidelines regarding prohibited substances

Responsibilities

• Hours are a mix of in-clinic and remote telehealth patient encounters.
• Conduct histories and physicals for patients.
• Review urine drug screens and labs, perform assessments, and participate in crisis interventions.
• Refer patients to appropriate providers and participate in treatment team meetings as needed.
• Provide medical services per the Practice Agreement with supervising physician

Must be willing to work at our Eugene, West Eugene, and Springfield locations.

Our treatment center hours are: 5:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. M-F. With a blend of on-site and telehealth.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Hours are combination of in-clinic and remote logging in to utilize the telehealth system for patient encounters.
• Medical services include conducting history and physicals.
• Reviewing urine drug screens and lab work, conducting assessments, participating in training, and managing crisis interventions.
• Referring patients to appropriate providers outside the Company's scope of practice, and at times participating in treatment team meetings.
• Will perform medical services as outlined in the Practice Agreement agreed upon with the supervising physician.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant in the state employed (licensing in OR and or WA preferred).
• DATA WAIVER or ability to obtain DATA WAIVER
• M eet state requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program
