Indiana University Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Urgent Care team at Hazel Dell and Broad Ripple Clinics in Indianapolis. This full-time role features 12-hour shifts across 3 days per week with clinic hours from 8am to 8pm, no on-call duties, and care for patients 3 months and older.

The position requires FNP/PA certification and a minimum of 6 months in urgent care, family, or emergency medicine as an APP, plus the ability to obtain DOT certification

Responsabilidades

• Provide urgent care and primary care services as an APP.
• Treat injuries and illnesses and perform procedures such as laceration repair and I&D.
• Conduct EKGs and occupational medicine tasks including work comp and DOT/athletic physicals.

• Clinic hours are 8am-8pm
  • 8am-6pm Saturday & Sunday
• No call
• Ages 3 months and up
• Services offered: injury and illness care, laceration repair, I&D, EKGs, occupational medicine including work comp, DOT physicals, and sports physicals

Qualifications:

• Must obtain DOT certification within 30 days of hire
