Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Urgent Care clinics in Lafayette, IN. You will provide urgent care and occupational medicine services for ages 3 months and up, including injuries, lacerations, I&D, and DOT/sports physicals.

Qualified candidates will have FNP or PA certification, DOT certification within 30 days, and at least 6 months of urgent care/family/emergency medicine experience.

Qualifications

• Needs FNP or PA certification.
• DOT certification within 30 days of hire.
• At least 6 months of urgent care, family medicine, or emergency medicine experience.

Responsibilities

• Treats patients aged 3 months and up in urgent care settings.
• Provides injury and illness care, including laceration care and I&D.
• Performs occupational medicine services: work fitness and DOT physicals, sports physicals.
