Indiana University Health in Lafayette, IN is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Urgent Care team in the West Region. This full-time position offers 36 hours over 3 twelve-hour shifts, with rotating weekends and holidays and clinic hours from 8am to 8pm.

Candidates must have an active FNP or PA certification and at least 1 year of urgent care, family medicine, or emergency medicine experience as an APP; DOT certification is required within 30 days of hire.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistantto join ourUrgent Careteaminthe West Region of Indiana.

• Full-time
• 36 hours/3 shifts per week (12-hour shifts)
• Rotating weekends and holidays
• Clinic hours are 8am-8pm
• No call
• Ages 3 months and up
• Services offered: injury and illness care, laceration repair, I&D, EKGs, occupational medicine including work comp, DOT physicals, and sports physicals
• Covers 3 clinic locations: West Side Lafayette Urgent Care, South Side Lafayette Urgent Care, and occasionally the Monticello Walk-In Clinic

Qualifications:

• FNP or PA certification required
• At least 1 year of urgent care, family medicine, or emergency medicine as an APP required
• Must obtain DOT certification within 30 days of hire
