Job summary

Indiana University Health Medical Group seeks an Urgent Care Physician to deliver care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations in downtown Indianapolis. The role includes leadership opportunities and growth within a balanced schedule of 14 clinical shifts per month, plus one weekend shift and holiday rotation.

• Fulfill 14 clinical shifts per month, with 1 weekend shift and holiday rotation.

Locations include on-site Laboratory and Radiology.

Position Details

• Provide clinical care to Pediatric, Adult and Geriatric population
• Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine including injury and illness care, minor procedures, workers' compensation, DOT and sports physicals
• Responsible for appropriateness, quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the medical care provided by our physicians and advanced practice providers
• 14 clinical shifts per month within our Urgent Care practice, 1 weekend shift per month and holiday rotation

Qualifications

• Must be MD or DO
• BC in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Emergency medicine and/or urgent care experience preferred, but not required
• Occupational medicine experience preferred, but not required
