Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking an Urgent Care Physician for a part-time role in Bloomington, IN. The physician will provide clinical care to pediatric, adult and geriatric patients in urgent care and occupational medicine, with on-site laboratory and radiology.

Qualifications

• MD or DO credential required.
• Board certification in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Emergency medicine and/or urgent care experience preferred, but not required.
• Occupational medicine experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to Pediatric, Adult and Geriatric population.
• Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine including injury and illness care, minor procedures, workers' compensation, DOT and sports physicals.
• Responsible for appropriateness, quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the medical care provided by our physicians and advanced practice providers.
• 11 clinical shifts per month within our Urgent Care practice, 1 weekend shift per month and holiday rotation.
