Job summary
Agentis Longevity is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our MantalityHealth clinics in the St. Louis metropolitan area, with part-time on-site duties in Chesterfield and St. Louis.
The NP will assess, diagnose, and treat patients, collaborating with a healthcare team to deliver comprehensive longevity care. A robust onboarding program will support success in this role. Ideal candidates hold an Active Missouri NP license and DEA license, with 2–3 years of wellness experience, strong assessment
Qualifications
- Active Missouri NP license and DEA license.
- Minimum 2–3 years of wellness experience or similar.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Proficiency in phlebotomy techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in longevity care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Interpret diagnostic testing, primarily lab results.
- Manage patient care for new and long-term patients.
- Monitor patients for changes in condition and adjust care as needed.
- Educate patients on test results and products offered.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
