Job summary

Agentis Longevity is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our MantalityHealth clinics in the St. Louis metropolitan area, with part-time on-site duties in Chesterfield and St. Louis.

The NP will assess, diagnose, and treat patients, collaborating with a healthcare team to deliver comprehensive longevity care. A robust onboarding program will support success in this role. Ideal candidates hold an Active Missouri NP license and DEA license, with 2–3 years of wellness experience, strong assessment

Qualifications

• Active Missouri NP license and DEA license.
• Minimum 2–3 years of wellness experience or similar.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Proficiency in phlebotomy techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in longevity care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Interpret diagnostic testing, primarily lab results.
• Manage patient care for new and long-term patients.
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and adjust care as needed.
• Educate patients on test results and products offered.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
