Zusammenfassung

Total Life, Inc. seeks nurse practitioners to lead longevity days at partner senior living communities in the Kansas City area. You will present a short educational talk and conduct one-on-one longevity visits, supported by our Chief Medical Officer.

Site days are on weekdays, with 4–8 hours per day initially and increasing with bookings. You must hold a Missouri APRN license, national NP board certification, DEA registration, and a Missouri prescriptive authority, plus a Missouri BNDD

Qualifikationen

• Active Missouri APRN license is required.
• Missouri RN license (or multistate) is required.
• Current national NP board certification is required.
• DEA registration and prescriptive authority are required.
• Missouri BNDD registration is required.
• Ability to practice under a physician collaborative agreement is required.

Aufgaben

• Conduct 45 to 60 minute longevity visits based on a geriatric assessment.
• Evaluate residents for weight management including GLP-1 therapy where appropriate.
• Identify residents needing follow-up care and coordinate with primary care providers.
• Document encounters accurately to Medicare standards in the EHR.
• Represent Total Life professionally with residents, families and staff.
• Travel to assigned senior living communities in the Kansas City area.
