Job summary

AlignMed Partners is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for the Glade Valley Center in Walkersville, MD. This 32-hour per week role offers a no-weekend/no-on-call schedule with a competitive base pay plus a no-cap incentive program.

New grads are welcome. The provider will deliver primary and urgent care to geriatric residents and collaborate with center leadership and the Medical Director to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; RN licensure.
• Nurse Practitioner with Master’s in Nursing (Older Adult or Family NP).
• PA must graduate from ARC-PA accredited program and pass PANCE; PA license and NCCPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership to achieve goals and priorities.
• Coordinate care with Medical Director/Attending Physician to meet patient needs.

Education

Registered Nurse licensure (RN)

Master’s Degree in Nursing (Older Adult / Family NP)
