Job summary

AlignMed Partners is seeking a Full Time Advanced Practice Provider in Walkersville, MD to deliver primary and urgent care for nursing center residents. The role supports center leadership and medical staff on-site.

New grads welcome. Base pay ranges from $55.29 to $60.10 per hour, with a no-cap incentive program. 32 hours per week, benefits include medical/dental/vision and relocation options.

Qualifications

• The candidate must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program and RN-licensed.
• NP with older adult or family NP focus, or PA with ARC-PA and PANCE; PA license and DEA where applicable.
• Minimum two years of adult/geriatric clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents on-site.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership, Medical Director, and attending physicians.
• Report to Director of Clinical Practice or Area Clinical Practice Manager.
