Job summary

AlignMed Partners is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to deliver primary and urgent care at the Marlinton, WV center. The role supports older adults, working with a team of physicians, NPs, and PAs to provide high-quality care.

New grads: NPs are welcome; new grad PAs are not. The position offers a base salary of $110,000–$125,000 per year plus a no-cap incentive program and relocation assistance as applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• RN license required.
• NP with Master’s in Nursing and family/older adult concentration.
• PA must be ARC-PA accredited and pass PANCE; PA licensure and NCCPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate on-site with Center Leadership and Medical Director for patient care.
