Job summary

AlignMed Partners is seeking a Full-Time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for a float/coverage role across Baltimore centers: Franklin Woods Center, Advanced Rehab at Autumn Lake, and Hammonds Lane Center. The position offers 40 hours per week with no on-call or weekend shifts.

Base salary ranges from USD 115,000 to USD 125,000 per year, plus an incentive compensation bonus program with no cap. New grads are welcome to apply, and relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program and licensed as a registered nurse.
NP certification with a Master’s in Nursing or PA certification with DEA and licensure.
ARC-PA PA program completion and PANCE is required.
Two years or more of experience with adult/geriatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents on-site.
Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director to meet patient care goals.
Coordinate care with other clinicians to uphold AlignMed Partners’ mission and quality standards.
