Job summary

AlignMed Partners is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and urgent care at the Ballenger Creek Center in Frederick, MD. New grads welcome.

Base salary ranges from $115,000 to $125,000 per year plus an unlimited incentive program. The role collaborates with Center Leadership and Medical Director to meet center goals, offering a supportive, team-based environment with no on-call or weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; licensed RN; NP with Master's in Nursing and Older Adult and/or Family NP concentration.
• PA must graduate from ARC-PA accredited program; pass PANCE; hold PA licensure and NCCPA certification.
• Minimum two years of adult/geriatric clinical experience preferred; DEA where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate on-site with Center Leadership and Medical Director for patient care.
• Support AlignMed Partners’ mission of high-quality health care and compassionate service.
