Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program with RN license and NP certification, or from an ARC-PA accredited PA program with PANCE.
• Two years or more of experience with adult/geriatric populations preferred.
• Active state licensure and applicable certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents in collaboration with other providers.
• Coordinate with Center Leadership and Medical Director on patient care plans.
• Support AlignMed Partners mission with high-quality care and compassionate service.
