Job summary

AlignMed Partners in Mendham, NJ is seeking a part-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and urgent care to nursing center residents. No on-call or weekend work, 24–30 hours weekly, with a base hourly rate and incentive bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with a Master’s degree (APRN).
• Current RN license and NP/PA certification with required licensure.
• PA must graduate from ARC-PA accredited program and pass PANCE; DEA where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate on-site with Center Leadership and Medical Director for care planning.
• Support AlignMed Partners mission to improve patient outcomes with compassionate care.
