GoHealth Urgent Care in Northern Virginia seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time role in an urgent care setting. The position offers a salaried framework with an hourly-equivalent range and potential bonuses, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Expect shift coverage across daytime hours, including weekends, within a physician-led organization. Qualified candidates must hold VA licensure as FNP or PA, with BLS/ACLS; 1 year of urgent care or emergency medicine

Nurse Practitioner Full Time - Urgent Care

Location: Pickett, FairFax, VA

Compensation Range

This position is paid on a salaried basis; however, the equivalent hourly rate ranges from $69.00 to $77.00 per hour , depending on experience, location, and FTE status. Total compensation may also include bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Summary

Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our expanding team. We currently have a Fulltime opportunity available at our Northern Virginia Center. At this time we do not have any PRN openings . This is an excellent chance to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and fast-paced urgent care environment while making a meaningful impact in the community.

Full ‑Time Schedule Overview

• Total Shifts: 3- 12 hour shifts
• Shift Length: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM (12 hours each) every other weekend

Minimum Qualifications

Education

• NP: Master's in Advanced Clinical Practice or post-master's certificate program
• PA: Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine

Licensure & Certification

• BLS & ACLS Certification
• Licensed FNP or PA in Virginia
• DEA License
• Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol

Credentialing Requirements

• Successful completion of payer credentialing (Medicare/Medicaid)
• Medical Staff credentialing for clinical privileges
