Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking dedicated Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our expanding team at the Northern Virginia Center. This is a full-time salaried role delivering high-quality, patient-centered urgent care.

We offer a competitive hourly equivalent of $69.00 to $77.00, with bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits, plus support for Virginia licensure and credentialing to help you grow within a physician-led organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine.
• BLS & ACLS Certification.
• Licensed FNP or PA in Virginia.
• DEA License.
• Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol.
• Payer credentialing and Medical Staff credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an urgent care setting.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver efficient care.
• Maintain compliance with credentialing, scope of practice, and protocols.
