Inova Health System is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time opportunity in our Urgent Care center in West Springfield, VA. The role emphasizes patient-centered care in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with competitive compensation and benefit packages.

The position requires Virginia licensure (NP/PA) and BLS/ACLS; 1 year in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine is preferred, with potential for bonus opportunities as part of an integrated care team.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice (NP) or post-master’s certificate (for NP)
• Graduate of accredited PA program with NCCPA certification (for PA)
• Minimum 1 year of full-time Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience
• Virginia NP/PA licensure and DEA registration
• BLS and ACLS certification

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality urgent care to patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support staff to coordinate care.
• Support credentialing processes and ensure compliance with scope of practice requirements.

Education

Nurse Practitioner Full Time – Urgent Care West Springfield Location Springfield, VA 22152 Compensation Range:

This position is paid on a salaried basis; however, the equivalent hourly rate ranges from $69.00 to $77.00 per hour, depending on experience, location, and FTE status. Total compensation may also include bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our expanding team. We currently have a Full-time opportunity available at our Northern Virginia Center. At this time we do not have any PRN openings. This is an excellent chance to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and fast-paced urgent care environment while making a meaningful impact in the community.

Full ‑Time Schedule Overview

Total Shifts: 3- 12 hour shifts Shift Length: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (12 hours each) every other weekend

Minimum Qualifications

Education: NP: Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice or post-master’s certificate program PA: Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification Experience: Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine Licensure & Certification: BLS & ACLS Certification Licensed FNP or PA in Virginia DEA License Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol

Credentialing Requirements

Successful completion of payer credentialing (Medicare/Medicaid) Medical Staff credentialing for clinical privileges
