Inova Health System's Urgent Care in Northern Virginia is seeking dedicated Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for a full-time role at our Pickett, Fairfax location. Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced urgent care environment while collaborating with a physician-led team.

The schedule features three 12-hour shifts (10:00 AM–10:00 PM) with every other weekend. VA license, NCCPA certification (for PA) or APN credentialing and DEA where applicable are required.

Qualifications

• NP: Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice or post-master’s certificate.
• PA: Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification.
• 1 year minimum full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine.
• Virginia license as FNP or PA; DEA license and protocol credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced urgent care setting.
• Collaborate with physicians and specialists to ensure integrated care and timely patient management.
• Participate in on-going credentialing and payer enrollment processes.

Nurse Practitioner Full Time – Urgent Care

Location: Pickett, Fairfax, VA

Compensation Range: This position is paid on a salaried basis; however, the equivalent hourly rate ranges from $69.00 to $77.00 per hour, depending on experience, location, and FTE status. Total compensation may also include bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our expanding team. We currently have a Full-time opportunity available at our Northern Virginia Center. At this time we do not have any PRN openings. This is an excellent chance to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and fast-paced urgent care environment while making a meaningful impact in the community.

Full‑Time Schedule Overview

Total Shifts: 3- 12 hour shifts

Shift Length: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (12 hours each) every other weekend

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: NP: Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice or post-master’s certificate program
• PA: Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine
• Licensure & Certification: BLS & ACLS Certification
• Licensed FNP or PA in Virginia
• DEA License Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol Credentialing Requirements: Successful completion of payer credentialing (Medicare/Medicaid) Medical Staff credentialing for clinical privileges
