Job summary

Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time early evening/late flex urgent care position in Northern Virginia. You will deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting, working with a physician-led team to provide high-quality care and efficient patient flow.

The role requires 1 year of urgent care or emergency medicine experience, Virginia FNP/PA license and DEA, and credentialing with payor networks.

Qualifications

• Education: NP: Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice or PA: NCCPA certified.
• Minimum 1 year of full-time Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience.
• Virginia FNP/PA license and DEA license.
• Signed Practice Agreement/Scope of Practice/Protocol.
• Payer credentialing and clinical privileges credentialing required.

Position Title

Nurse Practitioner Full Time – Urgent Care Late Flex East

These Virginia Location: Ballston/SAX/Pickett

Compensation Range: This position is paid on a salaried basis; however, the equivalent hourly rate ranges from $69.00 to $77.00 per hour, depending on experience, location, and FTE status. Total compensation may also include bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our expanding team. We currently have a Full-time opportunity available at our Northern Virginia Center. At this time we do not have any PRN openings. This is an excellent chance to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and fast-paced urgent care environment while making a meaningful impact in the community.

Schedule Overview

Total Shifts: 3- 12 hour shifts
Shift Length: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (12 hours each) every other weekend

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: NP: Master's in Advanced Clinical Practice or post-master's certificate program PA: Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine
• Licensure & Certification: BLS & ACLS Certification Licensed FNP or PA in Virginia DEA License Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol
• Credentialing Requirements: Successful completion of payer credentialing (Medicare/Medicaid) Medical Staff credentialing for clinical privileges
