Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care in Northern Virginia is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join our expanding urgent care team. This full-time role offers three 12-hour shifts and every other weekend, with a physician-led model and access to a robust telemedicine platform.

Qualifications

• Master's in Advanced Clinical Practice for NP or PA track; post-master's certificates accepted.

• Join expanding urgent care team as a dedicated PA.
• Provide urgent care services in Northern Virginia locations.
• Work three 12-hour shifts with every other weekend.

Physician Assistant Full Time - Urgent Care

Location: Pickett, Fairfax VA

Compensation Range:

This position is paid on a salaried basis; however, the equivalent hourly rate ranges from $69.00 to $77.00 per hour, depending on experience, location, and FTE status. Total compensation may also include bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Full ‑Time Schedule Overview

Total Shifts: 3- 12 hour shifts and every other weekend

Shift Length: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM (12 hours each)

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

• NP: Master's in Advanced Clinical Practice or post-master's certificate program
• PA: Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine

Licensure & Certification:

• BLS & ACLS Certification
• Licensed FNP or PA in Virginia
• DEA License
• Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol

Credentialing Requirements:

• Successful completion of payer credentialing (Medicare/Medicaid)
• Medical Staff credentialing for clinical privileges
