Qualifications

• Education: NP: Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice or post-master’s certificate program; PA: Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an urgent care setting.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, and nursing staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Adhere to credentialing requirements and scope of practice as directed.

Compensation

This position is paid on a salaried basis; however, the equivalent hourly rate ranges from $69.00 to $77.00 per hour, depending on experience, location, and FTE status. Total compensation may also include bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

We currently have a part-time opportunity available at our South Alex location in, Alexandria, Virginia. Part‑Time Schedule Overview

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: NP: Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice or post-master’s certificate program PA: Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification

Licensure & Certification

• BLS & ACLS Certification Licensed FNP or PA in Virginia DEA License Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol

Credentialing Requirements

• Successful completion of payer credentialing (Medicare/Medicaid) Medical Staff credentialing for clinical privileges
