Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time role at our Northern Virginia Center. This fast-paced urgent care setting emphasizes patient-centered care and collaborative practice.

The position offers a salaried schedule with 3 twelve-hour shifts (10:00 AM–10:00 PM) and every-other-weekend coverage, plus performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support clinicians and their families.

Qualifications

• NP: Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice or post-master’s certificate program.
• PA: Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification.
• Virginia license and DEA registration required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative urgent care environment.
• Join a full-time team at the Northern Virginia Center and support urgent care operations.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to ensure efficient patient flow and care delivery.

Nurse Practitioner Full Time – Urgent Care

Location: Pickett, FairFax, VA

Compensation Range

This position is paid on a salaried basis; however, the equivalent hourly rate ranges from $69.00 to $77.00 per hour, depending on experience, location, and FTE status. Total compensation may also include bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our expanding team. We currently have a Full-time opportunity available at our Northern Virginia Center. At this time we do not have any PRN openings.

This is an excellent chance to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and fast-paced urgent care environment while making a meaningful impact in the community.

Full-Time Schedule Overview

• Total Shifts: 3- 12 hour shifts
• Shift Length: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM (12 hours each)
• every other weekend

Minimum Qualifications

• NP: Master's in Advanced Clinical Practice or post-master's certificate program
• PA: Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine

Licensure & Certification

• BLS & ACLS Certification
• Licensed FNP or PA in Virginia
• DEA License
• Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol

Credentialing Requirements

• Successful completion of payer credentialing (Medicare/Medicaid)
• Medical Staff credentialing for clinical privileges
