Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking dedicated Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for a full-time position at our Northern Virginia Center. Work in a fast-paced urgent care environment delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with a team.

The schedule features three 12-hour shifts from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, every other weekend. Virginia-licensed NPs or PAs with BLS/ACLS are encouraged to apply; DEA license and a signed scope of practice are required.

Qualifications

• NP: Master's in Advanced Clinical Practice or post-master's certificate program required.
• PA: NCCPA certification required.
• Licensed FNP or PA in Virginia with DEA license and scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in an urgent care setting as part of a collaborative team.
• Deliver high-quality, full-time care with urgency and compassion.
• Support a 3-12 hour shift schedule (10:00 AM–10:00 PM) with every other weekend.

Compensation Range

This position is paid on a salaried basis; however, the equivalent hourly rate ranges from $69.00 to $77.00 per hour, depending on experience, location, and FTE status. Total compensation may also include bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

We currently have a Fulltime opportunity available at our Northern Virginia Center. At this time we do not have any PRN openings. This is an excellent chance to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and fast-paced urgent care environment while making a meaningful impact in the community.

Full -Time Schedule Overview

• Total Shifts: 3- 12 hour shifts
• Shift Length: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM (12 hours each)

Minimum Qualifications

• NP: Master\u02b9s in Advanced Clinical Practice or post-master\u02b9s certificate program
• PA: Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine

Licensure & Certification

• BLS & ACLS Certification
• Licensed FNP or PA in Virginia
• DEA License
• Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol

Credentialing Requirements

• Successful completion of payer credentialing (Medicare/Medicaid)
• Medical Staff credentialing for clinical privileges
