Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care in Arlington, VA is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our expanding team at the Ballston location for full-time urgent care.

This salaried role offers an hourly-equivalent range of $69.00–$77.00, with bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package. You will provide fast, patient‑centered care in a physician‑led, integrated care model.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice or post-master’s certificate (NP).
• PA: Graduate of accredited PA program with NCCPA certification.
• Minimum 1 year of full-time Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience.
• Licensure: Virginia FNP or PA; DEA license; signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered urgent care in a fast-paced setting.
• Work three 12-hour shifts (10:00 AM–10:00 PM) with every-other weekend.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams; participate in credentialing processes.
