Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care in Northern Virginia is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant for full-time, in an urgent care setting. The role offers a 3‑shift, 12‑hour schedule with weekend rotation, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Candidates must have PA or NP credentials, BLS/ACLS, VA license, and NCCPA certification with at least 1 year of urgent care or emergency medicine experience. Inova’s integrated care model supports supervision and telemedicine capabilities.

Qualifications

• NP: Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice or post-master’s certificate program.
• PA: Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification.
• BLS & ACLS Certification.
• Licensed FNP or PA in Virginia.
• DEA License.
• Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol.

Compensation Range

This position is paid on a salaried basis; however, the equivalent hourly rate ranges from $69.00 to $77.00 per hour, depending on experience, location, and FTE status. Total compensation may also include bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistants to join our expanding team. We currently have a Full‑time opportunity available at are Northern Virginia locations. At this time we do not have any PRN openings.

Full Time Schedule Overview

• Total Shifts: 3- 12 hour shifts and every other weekend
• Shift Length: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (12 hours each)

Credentialing Requirements

• Successful completion of payer credentialing (Medicare/Medicaid)
• Medical Staff credentialing for clinical privileges
