GoHealth Urgent Care in Arlington, VA is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time role at our Ballston location. You will provide urgent care services in a physician-led, team-oriented setting with a strong emphasis on patient-centered care and community impact.

The role supports a 3-shift, 12-hour schedule (10:00 AM–10:00 PM) with competitive compensation, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• BLS & ACLS Certification required.
• Licensed FNP or PA in Virginia.
• NCCPA certification (PA) or equivalent for NP depending on track.
• DEA License and Practice Agreement/Scope of Practice.
• Successful payer credentialing and medical staff credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient-centered urgent care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians in a fast-paced setting.
• Manage patient flow during 10:00 AM–10:00 PM shifts (3 eight- to twelve-hour shifts).
• Participate in credentialing and compliance activities.
