Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our expanding urgent care team at the Northern Virginia Center. This full-time role offers a collaborative, patient-centered environment with 3–12 hour shifts and a 10:00 AM–10:00 PM window, every other weekend.

Qualifications

• NP: Master's in Advanced Clinical Practice or post-master's certificate program.
• PA: Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Virginia license as FNP or PA and DEA license; signed practice agreement.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered urgent care in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with specialists and primary care teams to coordinate care.
• Deliver care at our Northern Virginia Center (Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care).
• Meet credentialing requirements and maintain compliance.

Compensation Range

This position is paid on a salaried basis; however, the equivalent hourly rate ranges from $69.00 to $77.00 per hour, depending on experience, location, and FTE status. Total compensation may also include bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our expanding team. We currently have a Fulltime opportunity available at our Northern Virginia Center. At this time we do not have any PRN openings. This is an excellent chance to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and fast-paced urgent care environment while making a meaningful impact in the community.

Full -Time Schedule Overview

• Total Shifts: 3- 12 hour shifts
• Shift Length: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM (12 hours each)
• every other weekend

Minimum Qualifications

• NP: Master\u02b9s in Advanced Clinical Practice or post-master\u02b9s certificate program
• PA: Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine

Licensure & Certification

• BLS & ACLS Certification
• Licensed FNP or PA in Virginia
• DEA License
• Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol

Credentialing Requirements

• Successful completion of payer credentialing (Medicare/Medicaid)
• Medical Staff credentialing for clinical privileges
