Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care in Northern Virginia seeks a dedicated Physician Assistant for a full-time role at our Ballston center. You will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced urgent care setting, collaborating with a broad care team to ensure seamless patient experiences.

The position requires PA certification, Virginia licensure, and BLS/ACLS; DEA license and payer credentialing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited PA program; NCCPA certification required.
• Virginia PA license and DEA license required.
• BLS & ACLS Certification.
• Payer credentialing and Medical Staff credentialing processes in place.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced urgent care setting.
• Collaborate with specialists, primary care and other services within an integrated care model.
• Fulfill full-time schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts with every other weekend.

Compensation Range

This position is paid on a salaried basis; however, the equivalent hourly rate ranges from $69.00 to $77.00 per hour, depending on experience, location, and FTE status. Total compensation may also include bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Summary

Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistants to join our expanding team. We currently have a Fulltime opportunity available at our Northern Virginia locations. At this time we do not have any PRN openings.

Full‑Time Schedule Overview

• Total Shifts: 3- 12 hour shifts and every other weekend
• Shift Length: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM (12 hours each)

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

• NP: Master's in Advanced Clinical Practice or post-master's certificate program
• PA: Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine

Licensure & Certification:

• BLS & ACLS Certification
• Licensed FNP or PA in Virginia
• DEA License
• Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol

Credentialing Requirements:

• Successful completion of payer credentialing (Medicare/Medicaid)
• Medical Staff credentialing for clinical privileges
