Genesis HealthCare in Gallup, NM seeks a Nurse Education Coordinator to lead orientation, education and competency programs for nursing staff. The role focuses on developing and maintaining education calendars, evaluating performance, and ensuring infection control and employee health oversight.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Must be able to work flexible hours to meet with employees working evening and night shifts.

Responsabilités

• Lead nurse orientation and education initiatives for staff.
• oversee competency evaluation and maintenance for nursing staff (excluding RNs).
• Manage infection control and employee health programs.
• Develop annual nursing education calendar including mandatory in-services.
