Richmond University Medical Center in Staten Island, NY, is seeking a Nurse Manager of Critical Care to lead the CCU, MICU, and SICU. The role requires a highly energetic leader with strong communication, organizational, and supervisory skills to oversee the unit operations.

You will provide clinical leadership, manage resources, and drive performance improvements while guiding a team of nurses and support staff toward excellence in critical care.

Formación

• Leadership/Management experience strongly preferred.
• RN licensure in New York State required.
• CCRN certification strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Managing human & fiscal resources for 3 Intensive Care Units (CCU, MICU, SICU).
• Providing clinical leadership & oversight.
• Developing & implementing performance improvement initiatives.
