Job summary

Richmond University Medical Center in New York is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 12-hour day shift (7:00 am–7:30 pm) who uses the nursing process to plan, implement, direct and evaluate patient care and collaborates with all disciplines on the unit.

The role requires NYS RN licensure, BSN, graduation from an accredited nursing program, BLS and ACLS; 1–2 years in critical care or med-surg/ED are preferred, with CCRN and med-surg certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Current New York State RN registration, diploma and licensure required.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• BSN Required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• CCRN and Med-Surg certifications preferred.

Requirements:

• Current registration in New York State as an RN, Diploma and Licensure required.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

• 1 - 2 years Critical Care experience preferred.
• 1 - 2 years med surg or ED experience required.
• Acute care surgical patients experience preferred.
• Current BLS required
• Current ACLSrequired.
• CCRN certification preferred.
• Med-Surg certification preferred.
• Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills are needed.

Salary Range: $59.144/hr - $68.028/hr (Commensurate with Education)
