Richmond University Medical Center seeks a Nurse Manager of Critical Care to lead the CCU team across three units. This role requires a highly energetic individual with strong communication, organizational, and supervisory skills to oversee the entire Critical Care Unit (CCU).

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing with NY RN licensure (CCRN preferred; Master's in Nursing a plus) and have leadership experience in ICU settings. Day shift: 8:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Leadership/Management experience strongly preferred.
• Valid New York State Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; masters degree in Nursing preferred.
• CCRN strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations and patient care in the CCU across three units (CCU, MICU and SICU).
• Provide clinical leadership & oversight.
• Developing & implementing performance improvement initiatives.

Richmond University Medical Center seeks a Nurse Manager of Critical Care to join their team of professionals. This position demands a highly energetic individual with superior communication, organizational, and supervisory skills to oversee the entire Critical Care Unit (CCU).

Responsibilities for the Nurse Manager of Critical Care include:

• Managing human & fiscal resources for 3 Intensive Care Units (CCU), MICU and SICU
• Providing clinical leadership & oversight
• Developing & implementing performance improvement initiatives

Required Skills

• Leadership / Management experience strongly preferred.
• Valid New York State Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; masters degree in Nursing preferred.
• CCRN strongly preferred.

Day Shift; 8a-4:30p

Salary Range

$120,000 - $140,000
