HSHS Medical Group is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for the Women and Infants unit at St. John's Hospital in Springfield, IL. The role focuses on leadership, patient care oversight, staffing, and performance improvement with two 12-hour night shifts and two 8-hour administrative days.

Requirements include RN licensure in the state, BLS, and 2+ years as a staff nurse in an acute setting; BSN preferred. ACLS may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; RN licensure required.
• BSN preferred.
• Licensed RN in state of practice.
• BLS certification required; ACLS may be required where necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist in oversight of unit operations, patient care, and staffing.
• Develop workflows and operational reports for the department.
