Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program eligible for licensure.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience in an acute setting.
• 2 years experience in a charge nurse, lead nurse, or related position preferred.
• Current RN license in practice state; BLS required; ACLS may be required where necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversees unit/department functions including patient care, hiring, and performance improvement.
• Prepares timely operational reports and develops department workflows.
• Supervises unit staff and collaborates with care team providers to ensure patient care excellence.
