Mercy seeks a Nurse Manager for the Medical Management & Transition Team to lead its virtual-based transitional care programs. You will oversee daily operations, clinical quality, and strategic initiatives across ED-to-Home and chronic condition follow-up, ensuring safe, patient-centered care.

The role emphasizes collaboration, performance management, and population health strategies, with a focus on compliance, staff development, and delivering care through Mercy's innovative, tech-enabled care

Competenze

• Education: Graduate of an approved school of nursing; BSN or complete in the next 2 years (already enrolled if possible).
• Licensure: Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing in the applicable state of practice.
• Experience: Four (4) years of experience in clinical specialty or related area. Able to apply principles of management, co-worker supervision, teaching, performance improvement, and budget.
