Mercy is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead the Medical Management & Transition Team and oversee virtual-based transitional care programs. You will manage daily operations, ensure quality outcomes, and drive staff performance and regulatory compliance across ED-to-Home and chronic condition follow-up initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have RN licensure, BSN or higher, CPR certification, and at least four years in a clinical setting with supervisory experience.

Qualifikationen

• Registered nurse with active RN licensure.
• BSN or higher degree; BSN preferred.
• Minimum four years in clinical specialty; supervisory/management experience preferred.
• CPR certification required; ability to pass medication math competency exam for direct patient care.
• Proficiency with data entry, Windows, and MS Office for daily operations.
