Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
• Current unrestricted RN licensure in Kentucky required.
• BLS from American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage resources and staffing for 2 West Medical Telemetry and Dialysis.
• Lead process improvement activities and multidisciplinary initiatives.
• Ensure safe, effective, timely patient care in areas of responsibility.
• Monitor department financial performance and align expenses with workload.
