Baptist Health in Elizabethtown, KY, seeks a Nurse Manager for 2 West Medical Telemetry and Dialysis. You will lead staffing, resources, and process improvements to ensure safe, timely patient care across assigned units.

The role requires a BSN, active Kentucky RN license, and 3 years in related work; BLS within 90 days. Preferred MSN and 5+ years leadership experience in a similar setting.

Qualificações

• Current unrestricted RN licensure in Kentucky required.

Nurse Manager - 2 West Medical Telemetry and Dialysis

• Management of resources
• Process improvement activities
• Staffing and scheduling
• Assuring delivery of safe, effective, timely patient care in areas of responsibility
• Monitors financial performance of department(s) and assures expenses and productivity align with workload and meets fiscal targets
• Leads departmental activities and monitors care provided to comply with quality and customer service goals
• Assure good two-way communication with staff
• Lead/participate in multidisciplinary and interdepartmental initiatives to improve care, services, and efficiencies
• May need to assist with patient care on nursing unit

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution
• Current unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Kentucky required
• Requires three years of job-related experience
• BLS from American Heart Association (AHA) required within 90 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from an accredited institution
• Five or more years of experience as leader in designated area preferred
• Recent experience and/or certification in specialty preferred
