Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Nurse Manager for 2 West Medical Telemetry and Dialysis. You will oversee daily department operations, manage staffing and scheduling, ensure safe, effective patient care, and monitor quality and patient satisfaction in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires a BSN, Kentucky RN licensure, and at least three years of related leadership experience; BLS within 90 days of hire. Preferred MSN and five+ years in leadership are a plus.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited institution.
• Active, unrestricted RN licensure in Kentucky.
• Minimum of three years of job-related experience.
• BLS from American Heart Association required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the department(s).
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource management.
• Monitor safety, quality, and timely patient care delivery.
• Track department financial performance and productivity.
• Lead multidisciplinary initiatives to improve care and efficiency.
• Provide support with patient care on the nursing unit when needed.
