Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the department(s), including staffing and scheduling to ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Monitor financial performance, controlling expenses and productivity to meet fiscal targets.
• Lead departmental activities to achieve quality and customer service goals and maintain good two-way staff communication.
• Lead or participate in multidisciplinary initiatives to improve care, services, and efficiencies.
• Collaborate across departments to drive improvements; may assist with patient care on the unit.
